I signed up but I never got a confirmation email?
Email confirmation is a key part of our process in offering a Free plan as it limits abuse.
After going through the signup process, our system sends a confirmation email to the email address provided. Depending on your email provider, Spam or Promotion filters sometimes catch our confirmation emails. We suggest you check your Spam or Promotions folder in your email inbox structure for the confirmation email.
If you do find it within one of those folders, make sure to click on any option to stop filtering our messages to ensure future communications do not get blocked. These might be along the lines of: "Not Spam", "Not Promotions", "Mark as Safe", "Move to Inbox".
