Help! I invited a user to my organization and the invitation is in a pending state. How can I help my user get logged in to my organization?

Big Network is a multi-tenant platform which means that a user can be part of multiple organizations. For a user account to become active in an organization, the user must:
  1. Have an active user account.
  2. Have accepted the invitation to the organization.
There are a few key steps to troubleshooting a user account in a pending state:
  1. Ensure the user account is activated. Refreshed activation emails can be requested from https://portal.bignetwork.com/auth/resend-activation.
  2. Ensure the user has accepted the invite to join the organization.
  3. If a user account is activated, but the user cannot login, a password reset can be requested from https://portal.bignetwork.com/auth/forgot-password
